Local trainer offers telephone etiquette workshop

InHouse Trainer Services will offer a three-hour Telephone Etiquette workshop, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, at Arizona State Credit Union, located at 1021 N. Hwy 89 in Chino Valley.

Seating is limited.

The purpose of the workshop is to offer affordable and professional telephone training to local businesses that have employees who answer the telephone.

The workshop will train on topics such as: answering the telephone in a professional and welcoming manner; projecting a positive company image; handling irate callers; and taking clear and concise messages for co-workers.

The speaker is Karolyn Ericson, owner of InHouse Trainer Services, a 13-year-old company that offers various workshops, customized training and mystery shopping. Ericson has more than 20 years experience as a corporate trainer working for large national companies throughout the United States.

The cost of the workshop is just $40 for pre-paid participants. For more information, call Karolyn Ericson at InHouse Trainer Services, at 928-636-0046, or e-mail at
