Police arrest 2 suspects in Chino Valley murder

Chino Valley police have detained two male suspects in a murder at Antelope Valley apartments in the 1500 block of south Highway 89.

Early Saturday morning, officers received a report of an injured person outside an apartment at the complex, said CVPD Commander Mark Garcia. When they arrived, they found that the person had suffered fatal injuries.

As of late Saturday afternoon, Chino Valley officers were waiting for a warrant to search the suspects' apartment, Garcia said.

Garcia said the victim's family had been notified of his death, but because the investigation is in its early stages, the department would not be releasing any more details until Sunday.

Congratulations of Less than 24 hours til suspests arrested. What I question is that one person was excluded from their apartment for close to 24 hours. that can be a hardship, since nothing was done inside their apartment. Some compassion was needed there rather than block access for a who day.
