Heavily armed agents from the Criminal Investigations Division of the Internal Revenue Service on Thursday served a search warrant and confiscated several boxes from Paulden's "Pink Store" at 23310 N. Highway 89.

IRS spokesman Special Agent Bryan Watson said he could not release any details about the investigation Thursday afternoon.

A person who answered the phone at the store would not identify himself and said he could not answer questions.

HEAVILY ARMED?????? none of this makes sense, this is a lot more then not filing proper paperwork on the "Pink stores" part..Unless of course he made a mistake some where on the "Obama care" paperwork...

Tax on purchases is TPT (sales) tax payable to the state. The IRS would be investigating income tax or possible non-payment of employees' withholding taxes (federal taxes withheld from employees' paychecks.) I did not realize the IRS had armed agents.
